Returns and exchanges
We consider eligible returns for non-defective and defective merchandise, and we consider exchanges subject to review and available stock. A non-defective item should be new, unused, and in its original condition. Damaged, faulty, incomplete, wrong, or materially misdescribed goods may be reported for assessment.
How to request review
Contact atosalolo75@gmail.com within 30 days after delivery with an order number, checkout email, and a description of the request. Please wait for approval and the confirmed return destination before mailing anything.
Label and refund
A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is missing. Eligible approved returns have no restocking fee. After approval, we process or initiate an original-method refund within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
